How did you get 1%?

136,995/3,318,707=4.13%

if we dont count those that are still infected then % is even higher.

136,995/1,719,280= 7.97%


Reality is % between those two so 5-7%   I dont think that is low number of dead people. Every country have to do as much as they can to protect their old and endangered.  You do not need to shoot down whole country for that and nowhere that happened.
