Not quite. This is a new type of coin, known as Super Hyper Interdimensional Token that doesn't need any exchanges. And why would anyone want to exchange the guaranteed profitable coin anyway...
As for me I think that any token need an exchange. And the more exchanges token has the better is for the developing of token ecosystem.
