If I remember it correctly, jackpot was around 20btc on my last visit (before Watoshi got his jackpot) but now total jackpot is 0.2xxbtc only (less than 0.25btc) as shown http://prntscr.com/tgnqub AFAIK the jackpot should be at least 0.25btc as what you write on the jackpot information.
Based on Watoshi jackpot hit with his bet amount and based on the jackpot share formula (bet amount*100/0.01), Watoshi won 1% share of the jackpot. Means that when he hit it, the total jackpot was more than 10btc if my math is correct. So it is just strange if the total jackpot at the moment is less than 0.25btc, unless there was a big change that you made on the jackpot after watoshi hit it.

Yes that time the jackpot was around 20 BTC. According to the info on the site, the jackpot will reset itself to 0.20 (0.25 was a long time ago since the introduction of the jackpot, should have fix this) when someone won it. So when watoshi won the jackpot, the Jackpot then reset back to 0.20 and will continue to accumulate based on players wager amount.
