Please kindly check the most recent reply from brainboss in this thread. It's clearly that there is no available spot for member rank. As of now, the available slots are 1 full member and 3 hero/legendary so posting your application will be nothing. My advice is check the spreadsheet many times until there is a slot available for member rank.
