ETH is a good altcoin to store for a long time, so you don't need to worry when the cryptocurrency market is not as stable as it is now.
Ethereum is a good investment option but it will not bring you much profit because this investment is too old and if you want to make more money, you should choose new coins that are available in this market. Personally, I'm not a fan of Ethereum but the benefits this coin brings to this market are many so you can still earn good profits if you choose to invest in the long term.
