If the IEO is held on a good exchange, such as Binance, then such projects are trusted by investors. So after all, IEO has not lost the trust of investors. In such cases, there is a large queue of people who want to buy coins and they are usually not enough for everyone.
IEO projects at big exchanges like Binance will certainly be difficult to participate because everyone wants to invest, so there will be great competition.

Currently, Binance is the exchange with the most successful IEO projects in this market and has never let others down because every project I know has an increase of more than 300% in just a short time. Of course, the investment cannot say anything in advance and should be carefully weighed before investing.

I don't do any IEO research if it is conducted on Binance. I am sure that the exchange team is conducting a full study of the project before launching the IEO on the platform. I think that many participants do this, which is why there are so many people who want to buy coins for a new project.
