We need Spanish or Arabic community manager for long period. I'm potentially looking for a replacement CM for our Arabic or Spanish community, in addition some assistance to help build that group up further.

-Attract local people in community.
-Finding websites where we can advertise (high traffic rate).
-Contact with regional influencers
-Making suggestions to increase engagement in arabic community.
