I believe XRP will never try to reach such rate again or it has possibility to be kicked from top 4 CMC. inflation, no utility, and recently the company was trying to do IPO and the foundation has already started to abandon the crypto investors. This is a crap platform.
From the performance that it showed for the past months, I guess what you are asking will happen. Bitcoin has made well, Ethereum did well, other altcoins did well while for XRP, it didn't do anything.
Instead, the price gets lower and lower.
But still unknown considering that it's also volatile just like those coins that I've mentioned.
