Well, they have to fix that one. I have received an email as well about this promo and clicked on it but I guess as jeremypwr said I think it's available for all customer since I have the choice to opt-in on the promotion, I'm not a Brazilian customer. Maybe the customer support doesn't know about the promotion or something like that?
