You mean snapshot before Symbol launch ? It would be announced in november before snapshot how to get your tokens in new blockchain. Devs saying there would be an easy procedure and if your wallet with XEM tokens will be snapshoted you will be eligible for claiming your XYM in Symbol blockchain for 6 years.
