Where are the other 3 pages of this Articles of Corporation as only the last page is shown in the document link? Also, your Manager Bela Balog's llinkedin profile says that he's in Hungary but your office address is in the US. Are we talking the same Bela Balog person here? Do you have physical address as stated on your website?

Company was incorporated in USA and also has branch office in Vienna (Austria)
The other pages you can check in company list (WY, USA).
As i know other crypto projects usually not showing company documents, but we are showing.
