If you're sure that VCCs work fine in Ebay, you can buy them from Coinsbee. You don't need to go through any paperwork. Just buy the card, redeem it on a third party website, then get the card details. The downside: 50 EUR is the highest demoniation so this solution won't be of too much help unless you're buying inexpensive products.

Another solution would be to use DashBargain. You just fill the form and they'll buy the things for you (for a fee).
