Gambling is fun until you lose

I got my hands off in gambling for 2 days straight after losing $110 in poker, it could have been worst if I did not stand up. I keep think what was wrong on me, I'm too hot at the table that time, maybe that's the reason why I lost so much. Do you a 2 day rest is enough to get back at gambling again? I'm trying to discipline myself, can't quit immediately.
