Are you sure you have the WinUSB driver loaded correctly?  Recheck it with zadig. What are your lights doing?

Sounds like you may need to contact your reseller for  some help/suggestions/trouble shooting.

Success with Win10 means you can mine.  Rarely will it do the 750Ghs stock rate.

Also there is no ckpool.org anymore so I don't know what you would have been mining to.
