Meat has a "best before" date - not expiry date. There is no reason you can't eat meat months after the best before date, if it is refrigerated.
Yeah mate and the meat will only get bad when we took off the freezer and after cooling down then will bring back to freezer again.
But if meat will stay in freezer then it is safe even months after the best before seal.
If your chicken expires on 14/7, would you still cook it and feed your family?
I would not cook it and feed to my family, i would not risk my stomach even it's on the fridge it can cause diarrhea. I just buy new and fresh meat in the market.
