Chromia and ANKR for now are my favorite low cap coins, judging by development updates. This doesn't mean I'm holding both for long term, but I'm considering that. In as much as I do trade most altcoins, I'm very selective hence only big caps like ADA and of course ETH are on my portfolio for long term hold.
ANKR is on my mid-cap list hence it is not it this list, but i like them 2.
I also had
https://sharering.network/ on my low-cap list but it went straight to my mid-cap list now, since it is over 20 mil now.
