As an operator licensed by Curacao eGaming, we rely on their judgment for escalation of complaints that cannot be resolved mutually between Bitcasino and the client. We have responded to the complaint, and should Curacao eGaming feel we have not fulfiled obligations of our license, they shall notify and inform their judgment regarding any complaint filed.
