No, I've seen bounty spammers post incorrect information on the tech boards. It's better if they stay on the bounty board.

their time would be better spent reading the tech boards than posting bounty spam.
I don't think bounty spammers have the required technical competence to understand most of the topics in the tech boards. Even for me, a lot of those threads go over my head.
