For bounty, it is best to select the bounty listed in the exchange. It is the simplest way for you to earn money from new projects, don't waste your time with projects that are not listed in exchanges because they need a lot of time to raise funds and get listed
But we need to know that even though the bounty is already listed on the exchange, it does not mean you get a guarantee that you will get a good reward. We need to look at the volume and reputation of the exchange, because a lot of new projects that work with shitexchange are only to attract investors and bounty hunters. Poor exchange cannot form market power, it is just like bait.
So, bounties that are already on the market are good, but we have to analyze them again related to trading activities and volume

For new investors, all IEO can't be good. Especially low volume exchange or low ranking on the CoinGecko list, IEO can't be good. My knowledge could be narrow, but I can't see any successful IEO running by low volume exchange. Now most of the ICO is scam and IEO is also included.
That is why we must be selective in choosing exchanges that are proven to be experienced and successful in holding IEO. Of course this is not difficult if investors focus on IEO held by exchanges with good reputation such as Binance, Bithumb, etc.
Don't waste your funds on joining IEO on shitexchange, I think investors are also getting smarter and more selective in this matter.
