Don't waste your time on ICO for now there is no successful ICO because many of them are running IEO this where you can take part and it was not a waste of time and you will have huge profit for it just join on the top exchange not just exchange make research which exchange are running the best IEO so you can join on it.
There are few icos that can still raise the funds from the investors but mostly have been migrating into the IEO. I can deny IEO is very popular compared with ICO right now. There must be an exception for a good ico but they didn't wanna centralized exchange site dictate them like solana.
