Will be quite impressed with all this. I created a thread serval years ago similarly but for Kialaras. I called around for quotes and it was one hell of a project and expensive.
Curious did you look in to using magnets over screws at all ?
not yet but I can do that in the morning. the recessed type style screws i have seen require a thicker more expensive acrylic - i am sure big companies can get it cheaper than we can but I am thinking maybe something like this too
no worries we can get these made and should not be that expensive.
