For now I still use blockchain wallet and trust wallet as bitcoin storage, even though I still install 2fa and verify email for security (I know it won't be safe) it's just that I'm used to using both.
There are a lot of people like you who are using blockchain, trust wallet, coinbase for storing bitcoin and others coin. Only 2fa is not much enough to secure these accounts. We should avoid some unusual activity on online. Better option to convert on hardware wallet.
I'll be warning you guys about using the blockchain.com wallet. You don't want to experience buggy interfaces with them and have trouble with their wallet. If you think that you don't want to happen that to you, you better leave them and choose a better wallet.
And saying that you use them as 'storage', I take this and understand it as cold storage or for long term holding. That's what you shouldn't do. A web wallet isn't ideal for that usage.
