I will select questions depending on the user's preferences. If the user is a miner, trader or investor, etc., then I will try to ask more professional questions. The topic will develop based on the interests and desire of users to participate in it.
That's nice perception OP, the question should depend on the user's personality if you are going to ask more technical question.

How about you make a poll for the next candidate. I have a suggestion, since the theme is interview, why not make it an actual or live interview for the chosen user that will be your guest.

Both of you will set the time, when it will start, like a normal Q/A he will answer after your question is posted. To make it clean, the thread will be self moderated so if anyone would suddenly post it will be deleted right away. Like both of you talking until the end. But the thread shouldnt be on meta cause self moderated isnt allowed here. I just dont know where, also set a time for the whole activity like 30mins. Just a suggestion mate.

It wasn't really an interview, it was one list of questions. An interview (where one question is sent at a time) could actually be more interesting, as you can have follow up questions depending on the answers.
This is good like a thread of conversation until the whole interview end. Organic conversation style.
