Though suburbs and exurbs will soon benefit  —so will states that offer nice climates, low taxes and open space. People will question the need to live in crowded cities where people are on top of each and more susceptible to catching viruses. New York City is an example of this. The city has been the hardest hit and it's the most densely populated place in the country. It's also an extremely expensive place to live.
