Wagering requirements on bonuses are perfectly fine. What I don't like to see are exaggerated requirements, for example 30x or even more. I think such promotions have a big negative effect. Too many people are disappointed when they realize that's impossible to achieve.
Anything from 3x to 5x is acceptable in my opinion.
