Maybe it could be fair to charge an auditing fee of some kind. 10% of the refund or something like that.
Afaik the bounties are being funded with 2 dev stakes that will be split up among all successfull bounty hunters
If someone is refunded they'll get their entire money back. A fee would have had to have been pointed out in the original fundraising which didn't happen. Changing rules afterwards isn't our style
