No. This don't have any impact because once you relesse the tx, that will be recorded in the DeepOnion blockchain. That was not the problem. You must have done something. May be some of your files are corrupted, specially some tx records. It should work with a rescan though.

will backup all files and try updating for 2.1.2
as I said, rescan didn't solve it don't know why
