I do think I would have to say :
Security

It was an online casino and unfortunately there wasn't added security when it comes to password protection and additional things .

They could have integrated other things too to make it 100% secure since you do have money in your wallet.

I do think if online casinos starts adding the Google authentication too , it would be beneficial.

But then again , it was an overall good experience and it was for sure fair !! I won after I realized the correct way to play the particular game . Plus there was bad ratings on that particular site but personally as for me everything went super smooth.

As for the withdrawal part you have to be very careful , it is tricky in many sites , at some places you have to wait for 12 hours !

But then again if you are playing with cryptocurrencies you cannot actually expect much since Bitcoins do take a fair amount of time when you process the payment therefore until and unless in the future we do see some instant payment in Bitcoins or maybe improve the lightning network , we might have to consider the waiting time before we place any bets.
