Yeah, in addition, the file above needs to unzip/extract and maybe he just directly put the whole zip file into sd card without extracting the image from "SD mptesfirmware T17-S17-S9K-S9SE.zip"

That's why he said "The LEDs stays On" but not flashing it means the files he put are not recognizing.

Make sure to extract the file from the zip file and copy all files from the folder you extracted including the image and paste it to the root of the SD card.
