PoA - Proof of Assignment. Please check the link with brief explanation regarding PoW, PoS and PoA. I hope it is the same thing encrypt dev team is referring to as of PoA.

I want to thank you for the link, but if you are not sure, this doesn't help me / answer my question. POA can stand for a lot of things: Proof-Of-Assignement, Proof-Of-Activity (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/p/proof-activity-cryptocurrency.asp), Proof of Authority (https://academy.binance.com/blockchain/proof-of-authority-explained) etc... also I am interested how this POA works as I only see POW talks in this thread.
