that problem occurs on me often times where i cant see the chat but i can see some of the writing . im pretty sure that its because our internet is slow which causes the page to not load properly  . just clear the cache or just press reload and wait for the whole page to load, that fix this issue  . you dont need to change your browser but what is that browser your using and why you call it your favorite  ? i think all are the same and thier purpose is for web browsing only
