The following rules are broken all the time by some users, sometimes high profile user.
1. Refferal link
2. Bump

When such cases are reported, moderator/admin delete the post. But since they are breaking rules, may be it is minor, if there is no punishment, I think they will abuse the system. I am not talking about anyone particularly. There are high profile users who are very active in the forum, in meta board also. Do not you think they know the above two rules? Ban of referral link sharing is common sense, moreovwr anyone spending two/three months should know the rules. "Bumps are limited to 24 hours." This is also matter of common sense, also this is practiced in most of the forums.
In my opinion, there should be minor punishment for breaking such rules. Orherwise, high profile users will continue there rule breaking strategy by impersonating as unfamiliar with such rules.
