ICOs are not dead but i afraid to invest in ICOs because i invest lots of money in TIP blockchain ICO and still there is no update till far so i decided to not invest in Any ICOs.
Whether or not the ICO dies depends on the trust of all people, if one day there is no longer using the ICO method in any project, then the ICO will die by itself, as well as the IEO program which is much preferred by investors at this time.
