Yes, too bad and sorry if you have been off during the shutdown. I'm sorry but I don't know if they still have an open contact details where their customers that wasn't able to get their funds off liquid can contact them for further communications.

The chance is low but hopefully you will find a way to contact them, I don't want to discourage you and your feeling.
