Of course if somebody  have refs he will reach withdrawal faster and if you do shortlinks it will be much more faster.
Chance to roll higher number can cut time for a few days still for basic user of faucet without refs it is wasting of time it is my opinion.

Can you share percentage setting to roll higher number  ?
