Ich würde mal ganz naiv von folgenden ausgehen: Laut Punkt 19 in den FAQ halten alle PS-Hodler 36% der modium.io AG.
To simplify the calculation, if it is assumed that 100% of tokenholders choose to swap all of the outstanding MOD tokens into participation certificates, then the participation certificates represent roughly 36% of the modum.io AG equity. Da diese aber keine Stimmrechte besitzen, muss man sich bei Zustimmung der restlichen 64% Anteilseigner dem Verkauf bzw. der Übernahme fügen und sollte demnach 36% des Verkaufswerts erhalten, i.d.R. in Bar oder in Anteilsscheines des Käufers.
