Seems weird, that would be a huge loss of performance for CGN cards.
RX470 8gb - 16 mh/s
RX480 8gb - 19.5 mh/s
RX580 8gb - 25 mh/s
Vega56 - 33-34 mh/s
Vega64 - 35-37 mh/s

For 5500XT, memory bandwith makes it impossible to reach 65MH/s.

I wouldn't use this "pill".
