As we all knows we need activity and merits for level up, I was inactive from very long time , i never notice about merit things before maybe anyone can tell me what is easy way to get it.

You've been on the forum for a long time and obviously it didn't matter to you before.
What has changed in the meantime?
You have no restrictions on writing on the forum as before.
