I'm actually new to this industry and i want to earn some money without putting some in the line and i doubt myself that i could actually know how to manage my coins is there any way to earn money that would kick start me in this industry?
Why not try doing bounty campaigns. If you have the patience and discipline doing bounty tasks you can earn a good amount of coins and play with it through trading. Who knows you have the knack for it and luckily you can increase your portfolio. That's what I did. From the coins, I earned from doing bounty tasks, I traded it in the market and it increased substantially. And you will have no pressure because you got all those coins for free.
