I'm actually new to this industry and i want to earn some money without putting some in the line and i doubt myself that i could actually know how to manage my coins is there any way to earn money that would kick start me in this industry?
You can start earning by providing your services in the Services section of the forum.
HEREOr if you are just a newbie and don't know much and don't have many skills then you can educate yourself and then start posting on the forum and join signature campaigns(Signature are the things that are in the end of the post of a person and it varies with the rank of the individual here)
Or the third option would be to join bounty campaigns and start earning from those bounties by applying your facebook, twitter, linkedin or your blog. Bounties can be found
