I'm experiencing a withdrawal issue today. Previously I made a some XRP deposit to participate on the roll hunt contest and I could complete the requirement (4 winning bets) in just 5 minutes. Several hours later, I wanted to withdraw my remaining XRP. Withdrawal was processed but it is listed as an ERROR under the withdrawal history as shown below:



Asked about it through support email and the answer is that I need to meet the minimum wagering for the giveaway winning. The question is, which giveaway winning they are referring to as I did not get any giveaway winnings? If they are referring to the current roll hunt contest, it does not make senses since the contest is still on progress. If they are referring to the previous contest, how can it affect my deposit that I made after the contest?
Still waiting for answer about it, now my XRP stuck on withdrawal. Asked them to cancel my withdrawal so I can do something with my funds. But I have to know which giveaway winnings they are referring to as I do not feel that I take/get any giveaways after my last deposit.
