Most of these coins I bought were in 2018, so on most coins my loss is around 70-80 %

I am not a holder, I enter and exit the market when there is a good opportunity, both in terms of fundamental or technical. I only hold tokens and coins from the bounty campaign, I become the coin and token holder because I have to, do you know? because it's worthless
and most of the others are not listed on the exchange. So it becomes a permanent resident in my wallet.
