Clearly they are avoiding this case so that they do not lose their chances to receive possible favours from well established casino. Favours such as invitation for watching football match, receiving t-shirts, football, free bets etc.
The case isn't as cut-and-dry as you and/or efialtis believe it is. The fact that you
1) not only insist that it is cut-and-dry,
2) but that if anybody doesn't support the flag its because they are holding out for "possible favours"
leads me to believe you are simply here to stir shit, because I don't think anybody is legitimately that stupid.
Post a more sensible and honest explanation from your main account if you want anybody to take you seriously. Right now you sound like a disgruntled sig campaigner.
