Actually when I saw this, I suddenly remember Foxpup So does that mean if I make a 30 sec video, it's not eligible for the Art contest?
It was stated on the rules, that as long you can showcase your art here it would be fine and accepted. You can considered that as a creative arts as well. I think GiF is somehow like a video with a very high speed movement. So it will be allowed of course. Go for it. You only have few days before this contest end. Good luck.
