1. UX: I can't scroll using the mouse wheel for some reason, and there is also no way to do it manually since there is no scroll bar either.
2. I've also checked ~800 words of your terms of service, and it appears that 42% of it is plagiarized. Definitely not a good way to start a business.
3. Regarding the "Forbeidden" use article:
By accessing and using the Services, you agree not to be on any trade or economic sanctions lists, such as the UN Security Council Sanctions List, designated in OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department) as a "Specially Designated Individual," or listed on the U.S. Department of Commerce "Denied Persons List"
You shouldn't expect the average user to know about these lists. It would be better if you could list the countries directly.
I also agree with mk4 regarding the KYC part. How can you provide such a service without the need of verifying a user's identity?
