I am sure, Stake team will resolve this issue but you have to give a bit more information regarding the blocked withdrawal request. Multi-account is also allowed and in the worst case, they will return the deposit to the original BTC address. Instead of complaining, my advice to keep talking with their support team and confirm your IP address with email and show the deposit receipt with taking a screenshot from your Electrum or another wallet.
