how have you selected these sites? Are these the biggest forums in China? What about the chinese forums at bitcointalk?I guess it's better with your suggestions.
If Grumpycoin reach bter.com I am sure we are going to the chinese moon.
I use alexa.com and scamadviser.com to analyze sites.
I can contribute to bter.com and maybe coin38.com. I am not sure about pay for forums but I will promote them.
