I doubt it to be honest, how do people can spend that much time just for chatting in a gambling site's chatroom? Even if there is free money from rain or tips, I do not think it is worth the time to stay 24/7 on the chatroom. If you say that you have seen it means that you did it as well, didn't you? I just wonder what kind of people who are able/want to spend too much time on chat, dont they have any other daily activities? Dont they need to sleep? lol
He's talking about bonus rain, which is already just gone now with the last rain haha. You have to be in chat, active, and gambling. They actually say just active chatters but from my experience you have to be gambling actual crypto to also get a chance (tokens don't count from what I can tell;) ).
It does make senses, if the rain is just for active chatter (without betting), it will bring spams only. I believe it is normal/common rule from any gambling sites that has rainbot on their chat.
