I truely trust that you may be fixing your errors with bonus auto-distributing. But you are doing this more than 3 weeks. And every time I have to talk with that three nothing-knowing Lorena, Amy and Sue.

They talk to me like with an idiot. Lorena is the most rude of them and always explains with misstakes. She is very incompetent person. And they are all make me nervous while talking to them.

Ok, this is their bad education and problems.

But 3 weeks! 3 weeks you cannot fix that little problem and every time I have to lose time to the chat and read support's rude answers.
