im using electrum
I think for electrum it's in preferences where you can either choose to prioritise low fees or privacy (it's probably a checkbox that says enhance privacy or something similar).
Attention:At least one Tor exit node serves chipmixer.com as plain-text stripping SSL encryption and replacing deposit address with their own.
